Air Force 38, NW State 6. Nice tune-up in preparation for BYU in Week 2.
Oregon 31, New Mexico 13. I think New Mexico will play quite admirably for 20-25 minutes before things get out of hand.
TCU 41, Oregon State 17. Just 8 months ago, BYU shut down the Rogers' brothers, imagine what a Gary Patterson-coached defense can do. TCU needs to make a statement and they have been waiting for this opportunity since 00:00 at the Fiesta Bowl.
San Diego State 34, Nicholls State 10. Way to pad the schedule with an easy W, Aztecs.
Wyoming 27, Southern Utah 13. New defensive philosophy will take a little while to figure itself out. This is win number 5 on the week for the MWC, coupled with Utah's on Thursday.
Wisconsin 27, UNLV 20. The Rebels always play well in their home opener against BCS opponents. The Badgers are a little shell-shocked but put things away in the third quarter before a late run by the Rebels.
